Loray Mill Lofts is an exciting new project involving a 40 million dollar restoration of one of the last and largest great textile mills in the Carolinas. This nearly 500,000 square feet of space is filled with 189 loft style apartments, 80,000 square feet of commercial space, 34,000 square feet of amenities and a 3,100 square foot event hall for special occasions. The Grand Opening of this historic building had over 500 attendees including Governor Pat McCrory who said this project would revitalize this area, and he was right.
