My wife and I own a small family business called Rickey's Jerky. When we are not working ilocal we travel around the U.S. to sale our jerky. Our jerky is made from 100% USDA choice beef, non-dairy, and the cut is brisket. Our flavors range from traditional to adventurous to exotic meats to unique combinations. We have jerky that is healthy and natural as well as old school styles. Our exotic meats depend on supply and demand. Typically, we have alligator, bison, elk, and venison. We have other exotic meat depending on the season.
