We are two husband and wife couples that decided to take a dream of owning our own business and turned it into a reality. A conversation on a summer vacation about eating and traveling was the start of The Bonne Bouffe Joint.
We are a concession trailer that has dual purpose, we can serve food at a food truck event, festival or we can customize our menu for most catering events.
Our menu ranges from seafood gumbo, grilled cheese with fries, mexi fries, hashbrown ball, pizza rolls, cuban rolls, quinoa salad with grilled chicken, crus soup and peanut butter pie. All of our foods are handmade. We can customize our menu to any event.
