Ainsworth Rose founded and established the Sunshine Reggae Band in 2010. They perform popular reggae, calypso, Latin and American Beach music. Throughout their short history they have brought their positive island vibes to numerous festivals and fairs including Lake County Fair 2015, Chicago Summerfest 2014, Dupage Township Family Fun Fest 2014 & 2015, Westchester 4th of July Parade 2010 - 2015, South Holland Heritage Festival 2010 - 2014, Windy City Carnival 2014, Taste of Thornton Township 2012, Festival of Life 2014 & 2015, Etc.
The sunshine reggae band is a very perceptive group. Their ability to read and please the audience is phenomenal. When it's party time, they turn up the volume, pump up the energy and have the crowd singing and dancing up a storm. Spontaneous audience participation is the highlight of this island act.
Their sunny smiles, harmonious singing and beautiful rhythmic movements are very contagious. They'll have the audience in the island vibes shouting: “Yeh Mon!!”... singing: “Who let The Dogs Out?” and “Hot Hot Hot”, joining the conga line, doing the “Limbo”, line-dancing to the Electric Slide, Macarena, Cupid Shuffle, Dollar Wine and having the greatest time.
