Here at Celia's gourmet foods we feature the highest quality products of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Our products do come from Spain and Italy. Our White balsamic vinegar has been aged 25 years and are dark has been aged 18. We have our kitchen in Bend Oregon where we do the infusing process of the finest fruits and herbs.
