We make an exclusive ice cream that is inherited from Thailand. This technique is very new to the US and has been creating quite the buzz all around the world. The ice cream is made from our home made vanilla ice cream base. The liquid base is then poured onto our cold plate machine and freezes. We mix the base with various fresh ingredients. The ice cream is flattened and then rolled and served in a cup.
