We prepare a USDA grade beef brisket marinated 24 hours (secret family recipe), then slow smoked 12 hours over hardwood. In addition to our famous mouthwatering tender brisket. We serve a number of Texas favorites our slow smoked Ribs, Loaded Brisket Nachos, Brisket Street Tacos, Sausage on a Stick, and this year featuring our 1/4 pound Angus Burger Bar.
