I am a retired graphic designer now happily self employed producing fine art and dumpster diving, curb combing or thrift shop picking for the unusual and cast away. My love is working with vintage pieces whose intrisic value as an antique or a beautiful scrap of wood I find, are lovingly embellished, by my hand, to create a piece of thought provoking art. I left my home in Florida to live in the mountains and immerse myself in the atmosphere of deer and turkeys and farmers and farm houses, which the farm life craze has so intrigued my imagination. I hope to bring all of this joy to my art and share it with others. I love the thought the thought of one of my rescued pieces being valued by others enough to hang in their home or displayed in a yard!
