“The Kiwis have the best honey ever ...” Tim Baker
Travelling through New Zealand, I came across a few honey farms and tasted New Zealand (Kiwi) honey for my first time. This new taste was so refreshing that I changed my itinerary to visit a few more bee farms. I came to discover that the honey products of New Zealand are exported worldwide and their health benefits are well documented. The farms are usually family established operations with a history of 50-100 years. The honey producers we chose have a history, a fierce pride and belief that what they are producing is as pure as nature intended it to be. Whereas we have all the brochures that give independent accreditation of the benefits of honey especially from the Manuka flower, the honey speaks for itself the minute you taste it!!!
Now that I have entered into a partnership with the honey producers, I will be setting up a new shop for all of us to enjoy this cool new gourmet food, honey from New Zealand
