Cooley's Ice Cream started back in 2010 with just one novelty ice cream truck. That truck let to two trucks that now carry 42 novelty ice cream, 5 flavors of hard ice cream and 6 flavors of fresh snow cones. In 2017 I bought a soft serve trailer for larger events. I do sundaes, frappes, milkshakes and cones. In 2018, I'm expanding again and now have a nacho trailer, called Nacho Average Nacho. I will be doing several kinds of nachos with that trailer as well.
