I am a Turkish national, born in Istanbul in 1981, and now based in Michigan, US where I built my new life.
Though I have always had a flair for pencil and chalk drawing, I began oil painting at the age of 14, studied hard, developed a talent and practiced in every spare moment. Then I graduated in fine art from Mimar Sinan University in 2005. Several years ago before graduated from my collage I started to work as a semi professional freelance artist, and an art instructor to prepare students to fine art academies, gave principal design lessons for graphic design, interior design, and textile students, also hobby classes. Moreover, I had been working as a graphic designer for 3 years at one of the important companies in Turkey. My assignment was designing box, package, sticker, plastic bag, parcel, and promotion materials for domestic and global market. Performing, controlling, improving and inspecting the print suitability of the design works of all packing, Point of Purchase (P.O.P.), and publishing materials.
Now, I'm continue create my new works in Ann Arbor.
