Karin Lisa Jewelry Designs
I began designing jewelry in 2002 after surviving a rare illness that left me with a serious heart condition. I work primarily with metal clay that becomes bronze after a 9 hour firing process. My work depicts all the things that I love & am grateful to be alive to enjoy. My jewelry lines are: Nautical; Sailor's Valentines; Pirate Jewelry; Symbols; and Vintage Buttons & Coins. I also create cloisonne like pieces using bronze metal clay, polymer clay & epoxy resin using a technique that I developed. In addition to metal clay, I fuse dichroic glass into wearable Mini Modern Art, using my special layering technique & full melting process. My work can be viewed atwww.karinlisadesigns.com
