I accept payments through PayPal, checks, or money orders. For simplicity purposes, prices shown already include taxes.
PayPal is definitely the most popular way to transact; not only is it fast and easy, but also very secure. If this is not an option you wish to consider, sending a Money Order by mail certainly works well too, except for a small delay in your receiving the item (see details for Money Order under the "Shipping" section below).
I prefer to receive payment at time of purchase, but if you need extra time, please contact me and I will gladly hold your item for a few days as arranged between us. When the hold period has passed and you did not come claim your order, it will be cancelled and re-listed.
Shipping & Order Processing:
I will ship items as soon as purchased, on the same day if at all possible, by the next business day at the latest. Orders paid by money order will ship as soon as the money order is cleared by the bank (usually 4-5 business days).
Orders will be mailed out by Priority US Mail with delivery confirmation, to addresses within the USA only.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I try to show the objects from as many angles as possible, and to describe them with as many details as possible to make sure that "what you see is what you get" with no hidden surprises. If you have questions about an item, it's easier to ask me first so you don't experience a disappointment later. My main goal is to make sure that clients will be very pleased with their purchase so they will return to my store and recommend it to others. However, when purchasing items created by hand with nature's materials, the buyer must keep in mind that the object does not come out of a manufacturer's mold, with uniform sizes and colors. For that reason, sales are final and I cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless of a special situation such as the wrong item was shipped, etc. Please contact me to discuss any such situation instead of giving a negative feedback for the transaction.
Please notify me immediately if by any chance, an item was damaged in shipment so that we can discuss how the situation can be rectified.
