Payments: We use Paypal for all our payments. You don't need an account to use Paypal, just use any credit card that Paypal Accepts. Paypal is the most secure payment gateway in the world. Shop without worries when you pay using Paypal.

Shipping & Order Processing: We ship using USPS and charge very minimal for shipping just to cover our costs.  

Refunds and Exchanges: We offer 30 days return or exchange if the item has been left unopened and is completely unused. Any signs of use will cause the return policy to become void. This is Cashmere and we hope you will respect this just like you would not like to buy any used Cashmere scarf.
