Shipping & Order Processing:

shipping is done through ups or usps and based on the cost of the item + tax + shipping and handling via the company of your choice will your be your total. handling is done free and within 1-3 days.

Refunds and Exchanges:

 i do allow both but you the buyer must pay for the cost unless your item is damaged then seven story fall llc. will cover the cost of shipping .
