New Wind Flowers are available in two versions "in the bud" and "in full bloom". IN THE BUD has one set of colored petals and one set of green petals attached to 3 green stems; IN FULL BLOOM has two sets of colored petals attached to 3 green stems. Colored nylon lines are connected to a PVC ring that terminate with a brass swivel. All are made from nylon and come in two sizes: small 6" diameter x 30" and large 8" diameter x 42" long.
