Welcome Message:
Payments:
Payments may be made through Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay by credit card through Paypal. If you have any questions, email us at beadworks@trudginbear.com .
Shipping & Order Processing:
We only ship to addresses within the 50 US States.
Upon payment confirmation, most orders will be processed and shipped via USPS First Class Parcel within 48 hours, barring weekends, Holidays, and blizzards :)
You will receive each piece/set in its own gift box. We typically ship in padded mailers.
Shipping includes USPS Tracking at no extra cost. We will email your tracking number to you, so be sure to include your email address when ordering.
Insurance is extra, and based on USPS current fee ($2.10 for up to $50.00 covered value). Please contact us before paying for your purchase if you wish to insure your package.
We will not be responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages/items. We do our very best to pack your purchase so that it is protected from (normal) handling while in transit to its destination; however, once on the road, the safety of your package is out of our control. We will, however, work with you to help remedy a situation should your package run into trouble on its way to you.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes when you order online, you might be disappointed with your purchase when it arrives and you see it in person. That happens to all of us at some point. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at tbearhelp@gmail.com and request a return authorization. IMPORTANT: you must have prior authorization and receive an RA# before returning your item in order to receive your refund.
We will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
We will refund the full merchandise price of the item you wish to return if it is returned undamaged, unworn, and still in sellable condition, and with all other materials included such as jewelry boxes, polishing cloths, etc. The cost of missing items will be deducted from your refund. Ribbon and business cards need not be returned.
If there are signs of wear or use, we reserve the right to deduct a minimum of 20% as a restoration fee from your refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your package arrives damaged during shipping/delivery and you insured it, we will guide you as how to report the incident to USPS. DO NOT RETURN IT TO US. USPS may require proof of damage from you in order for you to to place a claim with them.
If your package was not insured, Trudginbear will not be responsible if it is lost or damaged, but please let us know so we can try and work something out for you.
Additional Information:
We wish were a big enough business so we could absorb the cost of used or damaged returns that we can't resell, but that's just not possible, so we hope you understand and support our policies on returns.
