Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds will be given—only exchanges or credit for future purchases. Please keep in mind that our handmade pieces are truly one-of-a-kind, however, we guarantee that a replacement item will be equal in value and quality of the original purchase.
Additional Information: It is not unusual for handcrafted pieces to have variations in color or texture, since natural material such as stone, beads, shells, glass, clay and wood are used, as well as recycled material.
