Welcome Message: Welcome to BEL custom Bead & Jewelry where your personal style can be expressed.  Interactive design is my specialty.

Payments: Personal Check or Money order

Shipping & Order Processing: Product shipped flat rate. after check has cleared deposit, usually within ten business days.  Custom products can take up to six weeks to produce. Progress report can be sent if requested

 
Refunds and Exchanges: No refund on shipping costs. Full item refund if not 100% satisfied, or exchange if color choice needs changing on same item, (I will remanufacture it in your colors) 

Additional Information: Color and design suggestions welcome. Process can include e-mailing potential designs and photos of finished product before shipping if desired.  Items shown are available for purchase as is as well.  All items madeby owner. personnally.
