My Shop Policies
Crescent Moon Pottery strives to have a great customer service record. If at anytime the buyer is not satisfied with the product received, we will replace the item. If the item is damaged in anyway in transport, replacement will be made if contacted within 3 days of receipt and the original returned.
Crescent Moon Pottery is able to accept Venmo, PayPal, Square or credit cards.
Shipping & Order Processing:
The buyer is billed once the item is ready for shipment (within 3 days of the order) and shipping cost is determined. Once notified and payment is received, the item will be sent via USPS.
Refunds are made when the item is not what was advertised or not as described, and the item is returned. Exchanges are made if the item is damaged in shipping after the original is returned. If the buyer wishes to return an item for other reasons, there is a 25% restocking fee, but can be returned no reason given. The item must arrive undamaged to receive the refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Direct contact with the artist is available through the website or email. Sales initiated through FestivalNet must be completed through this site.
