My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:
Welcome to "DesignbyNatalia" shop, where you can find original items made by myself. Every single item is absolutely unique and made with my love, passion and fantasy.

Payments:
I accept Credit Cards through Direct Checkout and PayPal.

FINANCING AVAILABLE! Simply check out using PayPal, and click on the "Bill me later" option. You will get 6 months to pay with 0% interest, and I can mail your new garment to you the next day!

Shipping & Order Processing:
Order will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
All items are mailed via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and tracking number. I will provide you with the tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be mailed.
The shipping cost will be reduced with purchasing multiple items, please contact me to get a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Exchange or return must be requested within 7 days after the customer receives the item.
- No refunds for customized item, unless the order was damaged.
- More than 7 days the customer has exchange option only.

EXCHANGES:
- Please let me know about an item you'd like to exchange.
- I will reserve a new garment for you while the shipping transit from customer.
- If you don't see an item that you'd like to exchange at this time, I can issue a store credit to you to be used later. I add new products to my shop regularly.

RETURNS:
- I accept returns with full refund of purchase less original shipping charges.
- Return shipping cost from customer is not refundable too.
- Refund will be issued at receipt of goods less original shipping charges.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Once the garment is received and checked, refund will be issued via original payment method.
- No refunds for customized item, unless the order was damaged.

Additional Information:
INSTALLMENT/PAYMENT PLAN:
- The cost of garment could be split into 2-5 partial payments with interval 1 or 2 or 3 weeks. Please let me know your preferred term.
1) Send me a message to specify a garment you would like to set up for your PAYMENT PLAN, how many payments and payment's interval.
2) Please pay a deposit of $20 to reserve a garment via PayPal.
3) The individual payment will be accept via PayPal, and you will get a receipt for each payment made.
4) The order will be shipped at once when all payments are received/paid in full.
