My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

 Hi, there is a constantly changing inventory - so the specific color/print combo you see online may no longer be available, but I can make you a custom item using whatever colors/print style you like.  Once we agree on a fabric/style combo, I will make your item(s) and ship it within a week of receiving payment.

Payments:

 PayPal is the only form of payment I will accept.

Shipping & Order Processing:

 Items will be shipped via U.S. Postal service.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If an item fails due to construction or fabric failure within 6 months of purchase, I will repair or replace your item at no charge. This does not include stains, tears, cuts or other damage caused by rough use or improper washing.  You must contact me via email at dj@djhandmade.com to claim.

Additional Information:

Because all fabrics are up-cycled from various sources, I cannot guarantee immersion cleaning of items. I recommend sponge cleaning where needed. If you wish to wash an item, do so at your own risk, separately in cold water only - line dry.
