Hoosier Guitar Company Policy: Return or otherwise
Keep the item(s) 10 days. If you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no restocking fees if the item is returned in new condition and within the 10 days. (Shipping and Handling is non-refundable)
Items must be returned in new condition with no signs of wear. They must be returned in the same box and packed the same way you received the item. Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival for any damage. If it is damaged in anyway during shipping notify us immediately. So we can file a claim with the shipping company. Damage has to be apparent and clearly caused by shipping. If you don't contact us the day of or the day after you received your merchadise there's nothing we can do. You must return the same item you receive. We inspect and log every item that leave's our shop.
