Payments:

All credit cards are welcome via PayPal. I also have square. Cash only accepted at festivals.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Please give me 1-3 days to process shipping. I must tell you it won't take that long but I have to put it in there just in case there's a disaster/ storm.
most likely I will ship out within 12 hours. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 15 days of your receipt of your purchase. Please email me at info@janinedesign.comto let me know you would like to request a return or exchange. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges OR CUSTOM ORDERS.

When returning your package, please include the following:

1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition.

2) A copy of the original invoice if one was provided.

3) Please let me know the reason for your return -- I strive to provide the best possible service and product for my customers.
