My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Welcome to Jeanorahs Mercantile. A family owned and operated shop with items for adults and children. Our items are handcrafted and can be custom made.
Payments: Payments can be made through PayPal and we do accept major credit cards, Cashiers checks or money orders.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping will be UPS or Fed Ex. Ready made items will be shipped within a weeks time. Custom orders may take 3 weeks to a month to complete and ship.
Refunds and Exchanges: If an item need to be exchanged or is being returned for refund the person sending is responsible for postage. Refunds will be through PayPal.
Additional Information:Please ask any questions about your product requests. This will safe time and money in the long run. We will e-mail you pictures of fabric on requested custom orders.
