Payments: Easy payment via PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing: Orders to be processed within 3 days and then shipped via USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you aren’t happy with your purchase you can return your product within 14 days for a refund. Original delivery charges will not be refunded unless the product is faulty and the return delivery charges will be at the expense of the customer. You should always check with us before returning the product to ensure this falls within the specific product refund policy.
Custom or personalized cups that are specifically made to customers specifications will not be provided a refund unless the product is incorrect and/or faulty, not doing what the product supposed to do or significantly differ from what is described to the customer:
All items eligible for a refund must comply with the following conditions:
•All items must be returned in their original unused condition
•Customers should return the goods at their own expense, notifying us by requesting a return
•All orders remain the liability of the customer until received by the Twist-id Products – please retain proof of postage and postal insurance is recommended
FAULTY/DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty or defective, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. Twist-id Products will refund in full your postage costs for the particular product. You will be offered a full refund.
HOW TO RETURN
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
