Shipping & Order Processing: after payment is when I will processing the order and sending it out...shipping will take depending on where you live...I will not be held responable for any damages that may occure during shipping 

Refunds and Exchanges: all of my stuff is homemade so no refunds and for the exchange crafts are basically one of a kind so no exchanges on line
