Created by Celebrity Chef, Diana Sabater. Diana's Spice Cantina's Adobo Rojo is much similar in taste to the Sazon seasoning that is out in the current market. However, my Adobo Rojo does not contain any MSG and is completely free from any preservatives, caking agents, and gluten. The ingredients I use are Paprika, Turmeric, Garlic, Culantro and Cayenne Pepper. This seasoning has a mild smoky flavor which adds depth to the flavor of your food. Each item is dried and blended by me, as it helps me ensure that I am offering you a delicious and safe seasoning.

As this spice blend does not contain any harmful agents, the Adobo Rojo will clump, but that can easily be resolved using your fingers to separate the seasoning as you season your food. The Adobo Rojo comes in a Reclosable Polypropylene Bag and is FDA, USDA compliant and is designed to keep the flavors packed until you are ready to use them. The Adobo Rojo can be used to make Spanish rice, and gives this dish a natural red color. In addition, you can enjoy the Adobo Rojo on anything from vegetables to meats.
