Cooking demos & garlic growing lectures run throughout both days, and live entertainment plays during the lunch hour. Garlic food court offerings include homemade garlic sausage with peppers & onions, deep fried garlic, and garlic pulled pork. Specialty food booths with lots of samples. Rides & puppet show! 20,000+ attendees.

There will be 5 stages with International, National, Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Fri 7pm-10pm, Sat 8:30am-10pm. Admission tickets are $10 - $45. This event will also include: workshops, story concerts.
