The oldest and largest fine arts festival in Mid-Missouri, held around the lake at Columbia's Stephens Lake Park. Capped at 110 artists, Art in the Park promotes the fact that this is a buying opportunity for art patrons. Art activities, entertainment for children, a food court and roving musicians and magicians augment the main event: the fine arts and crafts. There will be Roving Performers with Local talent and the hours will be Sat 10am-2pm. This event will also include: dance contest, scarecrow contest, costume contest, pumpkin carving contest.
