Luisa DeLuca of Argentum Glass Designs and Brenda Harvey of Chroma Painting Epoxy Works have teamed up to create Artists Fusion. Here we will showcase the many different styles and mediums of our work.
Luisa DeLuca of Argentum Glass Designs has been scouring the beaches of RI and Cape Cod for the past 30 years. She has amassed a large collection of sea glass, porcelain and driftwood that she uses in her unique and meaningful designs. She is an artist of multi mediums. Luisa is known for her glass mosaic windows, which usually sell before we can list them. Her stained glass nightlights are one of a kind works of art. No two are alike because they are made with sea glass she has found and no two pieces of sea glass are alike. Luisa is also a jewelry designer and metalsmith. Her jewelry is all handmade. She works with sterling silver, copper and gold. Her designs incorporate the sea glass, beach stones and porcelain that she has found on RI and MA beaches. Each piece is one of a kind. Her works are also for sale at multiple stores in Southern RI.
Brenda Harvey of Chroma Painting and Epoxy Works has been a professional house painter, woodworker and artist for over 25 years. Whatever medium is fueling her passion she fully immerses herself in it. Brenda is a resin artist and creates one of a kind resin art for the home. Resin art can take many forms. Her wall art is made on wood cradleboards of varying sizes that she makes herself. Brenda also creates resin art on coasters, trivets, serving trays and tabletops. She makes custom river tables to order. As part of the process she takes her clients to the saw mill to pick out the wood that speaks to them. Clients can choose to encase their own special trinkets in the resin river, or Brenda can create an opaque river in any color or metallic finish. Brenda can also create custom resin kitchen or bathroom countertops which look like exotic stones or metals. Her works are also for sale in stores in Southern RI.
