The Scott Burgess Memorial Foundation was established in 2013 in memory of Staff Sargent Scott Burgess who was killed while serving in Afghanistan. We host an annual festival on Armed Forces Day (the 3rd weekend of May), to raise funds for local youth in our community in his honor. Our festival is a 2-day event that features a full music lineup as well as vendors, 5k, car show, kids activities, cornhole, and other entertainment for all ages.
