We are located in So. California and service Nevada, Arizona and all of California. Our specialty is roasted sweet corn and we supplement that with roasted white and sweet potatoes. In 2010 we added a menu of French dip roasted beef sandwiches, sausage sandwich, pastrami and meatball and corned beef sandwiches. Our staff is in uniform to insure a sanitary and professional presentation of our product. We operate new equipment manufactured in 2008 which is mobile.
