Amusement Vendors interested in Timberfest must email your information to gccc@windstream.net
Please included information on your amusement, operating license & proof of insurance if required, space and/or electrical requirements
Concessionaire Vendor
Concessions applications for 2025 Timberfest will open March 1, 2025. We give consideration to last years' vendors first.
If you are interested in being considered for Timberfest, please email your menu, proof of insurance, sales tax permit and Arkansas Department of Health permit to our email, gccc@windstream.net
