For creative businesses, Twitter is certainly more than just a channel to post the answer to “What are you doing?” (Twitter’s tagline and call to action). Twitter is a valuable PR tool, and when used strategically could multiply your visibility and help you reach into new markets, brand your art or product, change public perception, bring tangible results, even sales.
