We continue to seek new concessionaires to sell at the Exchange Mall on Tinker AFB, OKC. We have many concessionaires that set up on our kiosks or use their own unique set up designs. We do not charge rent or utilities; however, we do charge a fee percentage based on your net sales. This fee is paid to the Exchange-Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES); approximately 68% of all retail, food and our fees collected annually are paid directly back to the installation for Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) programs. In 2017, the Exchange provided $219 million for critical Quality-of-Life programs, such as playground equipment, refreshing fitness centers, bowling alleys, and movie theaters for military children and families to enjoy.
