The Taste of Polonia Festival takes place at the Copernicus Center and surrounding grounds during every LABOR DAY Weekend. This four day festival features 5 stages of musical performances and over 35 Bands each year. Polish Food is abundant, vendors of many varieties, kid's activities, a casino, and lots of Polish beer are always part of the festival.
The Copernicus Center's theater & annex provide Chicago two unique performance venues with great acoustics for large or small events. The Center has additional rooms available for private parties, corporate events, and classes. In addition, free parking is on-site and the Jefferson Park CTA and Metra station is in walking distance.
