* February 2nd is the first of our event applications' deadlines. We do accept applications after deadlines for space or waiting list consideration. Note: late applications are considered after the selection process has concluded and participants have been chosen. If your work is a good fit and space remains available in your medium, it will be accepted. Otherwise, your work will be considered for the waiting list.

  • IMPORTANT! Scams attached to our legitimate social media posts are increasing. For example, you may see comments claiming spaces are still available and providing a link to apply and pay—these are fraudulent. Our applications are available ONLY through direct email upon request, our official website at pacificfinearts.com, or ZAPPlication.
  • Beware spam/phishing emails  We've been notified, both by artists and through our own experience, about spam or phishing emails falsely associated with our events. These messages may offer promo codes for event hotels, attendee lists for advertising opportunities, or email lists for marketing purposes. Please remember: unless these communications come directly from us, they are not endorsed, and their legitimacy is suspect. For your security, note that we never provide attendee lists. Any official hotel discount offers will be included in our event information emails sent from pfa@pacificfinearts.com or emails@pacificfinearts.com. If an email message from our address looks off, be sure to check the arrow down in the FROM address to view the actual from address. It contains the sender's email and can easily be forged.

Sincerely,

Dana and Troy Hale-Mounier, Directors
