Fur Rendezvous known as "Rondy" began in 1936 as a way for winter-weary Alaskans to celebrate the beginning of winter's end & to trade goods and supplies. With more than 25 official cultural/sporting activities and 20-30 community hosted Around Town events, Fur Rondy offers wacky winter fun like Running of the Reindeer, Skating with Critters & Outhouse Races. We partner with over 40 nonprofits with activities to raise awareness that allows them to carry out their Anchorage missions. Rondy 2024 will have a full slate of events large and small. Fur Rendezvous is committed to our mission of community support, economic impact, and fun for all.

This Alaska Folk Music Festival will have no exhibit booths and no food booths. There will be 1 stage with Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Mon 7pm-11pm, Tue 7pm-11pm, Wed 7pm-11pm, Thu 7pm-11pm, Fri 7pm-11pm, Sat 10am-11pm, Sun 10am-11pm. This event will also include: dances, workshops, jamming.
