The Brookings Summer Arts Festival is the largest 2 day Art festival in South Dakota. Located in Brookings SD on West Highway 14, Pioneer Park offers vendors and patrons the opportunity to experience art and one-of-a-kind handcrafted items in an outdoor setting. Art mixed with food, children's activities, and living history booths draw an average 70,000 people each year. Free entertainment on 3 stages. Free artist and vendor parking.
