What Happens After a Deletion Request
Once we receive a valid request:
Your account will be permanently deleted.
All personal information associated with your account will be removed from our active systems within 31 day.
Backup copies may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
Payment information and transaction records may be retained for financial record-keeping and compliance purposes within reasonable amount of time.
Third-Party Authentication
If you registered or logged in using a third-party authentication provider (such as Facebook), we receive only basic account information necessary to create or access your account (for example, name and email address).
We do not store your social media password and do not post to your account.
Deleting your account with us will remove the personal data associated with your account in our systems. You may also manage or remove our app from your third-party provider’s settings at any time.
