Welcome Message: Welcome to our products! We invite you to take a momemt to look at our beautiful handmade jewelry. If you need assistance please do not hesitate to ask. Also, I'm sorry but health codes preclude you from trying on my earrings.
Payments: I accept paypal for online purchases and accept all major credits cards at shows. I do charge state tax and have a minimum of $15.00 for show purchaces on credit cards.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders except those allowing for custom changes will be shipped within 48 hours, I do charge USPS Priority flat rate shipping but do not charge for handling or processing. If you choose a piece that will be customized (example: rings) we will inform you of the timeline for shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges: We accept refunds for errors in craftmanship only.
