Shipping Policy
All orders from Allyn's Creations, LLC are processed between 8am and 4pm (EST) Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours. Please consider our processing time when choosing your shipping method. If for some reason we expect a delay in processing your order we will notify you by email.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information after the product has left our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not ship on holidays. A physical address is required for shipping and all orders.
Orders totally $200.00 or more will be shipped "Signature Required". Customers are responsible for reimbursing us for any shipping and handling charges that are incurred if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it. We regret any inconvenience, but we are not able to ship utilizing Customer UPS shipping accounts. We are not able to ship C.O.D.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise. When ordering online, the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by eith the UPS or USPS online systems. The online system is unable to determine and account for multiple boxes and certain surcharges. Therefore, your shipping charges may be higher than the online estimate if multiple boxes are required to best protect your items during transit.
Occasionally the shipping calculator may be down or unavailable during your checkout process and our shopping cart will be unable to retrieve or display the estimated shipping charges for your order. In these instances, your online shopping cart may display a shipping fee of $10.95 which is the price of shipping via USPS for their Priority Mail, Flat Rate Medium Box.
Thank you for understanding that these rare instances are beyond our control and that we must reserve the right to add the appropriate shipping charge to your order. We welcome you to contact our Customer Care department at custserv@a-creationsllc.com to confirm the shipping fee for your order.
In some instances, it is not possible to accurately confirm shipping charges without having packed and shipped your order. We reserve the right to charge the full shipping amount to your credit card once the order has been shipped. This will show up as a second charge on your credit card.
Cancellations
Simply let us know by email at custserv@a-creationsllc.com within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full. After 24 hours your order will have already been started and cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our main goal! If there is a quality issue or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Soaps and skin care products cannot be returned. Damaged merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
- Merchandise must be in its original package, as shipped.
- Sample items are not returnable.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
If you are returning items for reasons other than defective merchandise, there is a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. The original item must be returned in perfect condition in order to receive a refund or replacement. You will be reimbursed for the dollar amount of the items returned (return shipping charges are not reimbursed, nor is the original shipping charge).
If you aren't sure you will like a fragrance, please order it in a small size at first. We don't accept returns if you don't like a particular scent.
Damage Claims
Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or missing boxes to both UPS and shipping@a-creationsllc.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the UPS driver and then report it directly to UPS. UPS will send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by UPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from UPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
All items leave our facility securely packaged and in good condition. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please keep your box and packing materials and contact UPS immediately to file a claim. UPS claims can be filed by calling 1-800-742-5877.
