Payments: Paypal accepted (most major credit cards can be processed through paypal)
Shipping & Order Processing: Items will typically be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Shipping charges will be calculated by USPS shipping calculator and be charged as close as possible to actual shipping costs. A $2.00 handling fee will be applied to all shipments to cover cost of packaging and a portion of fuel for driving to the Post Office.
Refunds and Exchanges: Because items are artistic in nature, they are not sold on basis of approval. CD's and DVD's are typically CD-R's and DV-R's. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure your machine will play these formats before buying. Refund or exchange on commercial items (does not include CDs, DVDs, books, artwork, crafts, or any other handmade item) only within 7 days of receipt of item- buyer to pay return shipping.
Additional Information: I strive to represent each item in as much detail as possible. Music, video performances, artwork, and crafts are all subject to interpretation- what one person likes another may not. Realize that many of my products (including CD's and DVD's) are handmade/homemade. While I strive to make all of my products enjoyable, I do not expect the quality of my items to be comparable with top produced commercial items. This is one of things that makes handmade/homemade items special. Understand this before buying, and do not expect a refund if an item is not of professional or factory-made quality. If you have questions or concerns, please contact me to resolve the issue first.
