My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

Welcome to BadBoy360 Shop Creations. We make handcrafted  wood and/or epoxy resin pieces such as live-edge and end-grain tables and home decor, as well as kitchen wares, etc. We mostly work with reclaimed, recycled, or found wood, not clear-cut trees. Each of our pieces is handcrafted in our shop and as such none it is identical to another. We do not mass produce any of our products.

Our glues, coatings and sealers (epoxy resin included) are food safe.  

We also make one-of-a king wooded and epoxy resin necklaces and other small jewelry.

Payments:

Payment in full required before shipping. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Appropriate taxes, shipping and processing fees will be added to the cost of all items and must be paid prior to shipping of the order. 

Shipping & Order Processing:

Please allow 1-2 weeks to source and handcraft custom product requests. Item in inventory, will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders shipped within the continental US and ground shipping. If item need sooner, the buyer is responsible for paying the extra shipping amount necessary to deliver item on time.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Because all of our product are handcrafted, one-of-a kind items, all sales are final. Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied.

Additional Information:

Any custom order, regardless of type of product requested, will required a non-fundable 50% deposit of quoted price. This money is to cover all the materials needed to build the piece once it has been approved by the buyer.
