Although I try my best to replicate the look of each item as shown in the photo on the store’s website, each piece is handmade for you, many times involving natural metal and/or stone, and slight variations will occur. This will not affect the general appearance of the item and is not generally an accepted reason for return. See below for our return policy.
What is your processing and ship time?
Every item is handmade to order so processing times vary by item, but we typically ship out within 3-5 business days so you can get your baubles asap! Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at time of checkout and may take additional days as the Covid-19 pandemic has affected typical delivery estimates.
What is your return policy?
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of the marked delivery date. You must contact Baubles ‘n Weave no later than the 10th day of receiving the item in the mail. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Items MUST be in original resale condition/packaging, unworn and undamaged, and a refund will be issued upon receiving the returned items in such condition. Shipping and handling fees incurred to send the items back are the responsibility of the buyer and the return tracking information must be provided to us within the 14 days from original delivery date. The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your payment method and bank policies. Items returned without first contacting Baubles ‘n Weave are not eligible for refund.
What about exchanges?
We want you to love the items you purchased! If the item you received isn’t what you expected we are happy to help! Non-custom items can be exchanged within 14 days of the marked delivery date. You must contact Baubles ‘n Weave no later than the 10th day of receiving the item in the mail. Items MUST be in original resale condition/packaging, unworn and undamaged, and the new item will be shipped upon receiving the returned items in such condition. Custom orders do not qualify.
Can you repair my jewelry?
A 30-day warranty is included with all our pieces. If your item breaks, please contact us within the 30 days (from marked delivery) and we will replace it with proof of failure after the damaged item has been sent back. Shipping and handling fees incurred to send the items back are the responsibility of the buyer.
For repairs after the 30-day warranty period, please contact us so we can sort out your needs and see what we can do for you!
In both instances, the item will need to be mailed back at your cost for our review to repair the item.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To care for your pieces, store them in a dry area when not in use. To polish the metal, you can use a polishing cloth or a mild soap and warm water with a gentle cloth.
Certain stones may require further care - please be gentle with these pieces for the longest life as raw stones are sensitive to the elements.
The best way to care for your pieces and prevent discoloration is by wearing your jewelry. If you will not be wearing your jewelry, do not leave it out! When stored improperly it may create an appearance of discoloration over time. You can polish and clean these pieces, but of course proper care and storage are easier. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container – preferably in the pouch it came in.
What if I did not receive my package?
If your package's tracking information marks it as delivered and it was not, please contact the shipping company. They will be able to track where the package was left. Baubles ‘n Weave is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. This usually means 3-5 days to create your one-of-a-kind item unless otherwise stated on the specific item page.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 4-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-8 weeks
Asia Pacific: 6-8 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@baublesnweave.com and if your return is accepted we will email instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
