Payments: Payments are made before the item is made and sent out to mail

Refunds and Exchanges:If there any problems with the product you have recieved from Beadmecreations, I will ask for proof,as in a picture ofthe damaged product, and I will immediately make whatever changes, need to be made and hopefully we can resolve the issue without a refund, but if that is the ending result we will definately issue the refund. If there are any exchanges, the item will need to be sent back to me with proof of shipment and i will make the arrangements to the jewelry and send it back with free shipping.
Additional Information: I like to keep correspondents with my customers, by sending the end result pictures of the item by text or email, with their permission, before I send it off in the mail, so there will be a less chance of being sent back or confusion. When ordering in an email or messaging through Facebook, please incorporate size, favorite color, and your preference of lenght,but don't worry I most likely will ask you these questions.
