My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Hi, thanks for looking at my shop. I am a Made to Order Potter. You can request your own glaze color and size of a piece. I will take custom design ideas.
Payments: I accept payments through PayPal. I also take credit cards.
Shipping & Order Processing: I create all of my own pieces as they are ordered. They are ready to ship in about 3 to 4 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges: I will refund items that are returned to me in good condition within 10 days of receiving them. I will refund you in full if order is canceled before shipping time.
