My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
My shop focuses on fun one of a kind custom cartoon caricatures, beer steins, coffee mugs, T-shirts, socks, neckties, greeting cards and more! Custom artwork can be printed and shipped or digitally downloaded for printing. My artwork is great for Christmas, wedding, groomsmen, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement, graduation and anything you can imagine. All my items are hand-painted or created digitally & personalized by me. I deliver high-quality handmade items and caricatures plus great customer service. I'm always open to feedback, so please let me know if I can make your experience better in any way.
Payments:
I currently only accept payments from PayPal. Note that you can also pay at Paypal with a regular credit card, without opening a Paypal account.
If I will be creating a custom hand-made or painted item(s) for shipping payment in full is required to start your order and place you on my work schedule. If you contact me about a quote or placing an order for artwork or a handmade painted item(s) and I do not receive payment within 24 hours, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fill your order due to my schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your order there will be a 30% DEDUCTIBLE FROM YOUR PAYMENT AFTER (1) DAY, PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER (2) DAYS but your payment can be applied to your rescheduled date or future order from my shop.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Your item will be carefully packed and boxed by me to make sure it arrives undamaged. Insurance is included with all custom hand-painted orders, I cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit by the post office. You have 24 hours to inspect your order, If there are any damages during shipping it will be covered by insurance. If any item(s) are damaged, please send me a photo for my review within 24 hours for my records.
Please check to make sure your shipping address is correct, your order will be shipped to the address on the invoice provided by PayPal or on the order.
US Shipping Only: If your order is over $500, a signature is required using USPS Priority or UPS Ground to ensure you receive your package. Once your package has shipped you will be sent the tracking information for your records. My studio is not responsible for your package being lost or stolen after being shipped and will not replace it for free.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I gladly accept returns contact me within 3 days of delivery, ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations on processed and shipped orders. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can not be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders, digital downloads.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR CUSTOM CREATED HAND-PAINTED or DIGITAL ORDERS: Once I create a rough sketch for your review, you have 24 hours to approve the artwork. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours your order will be placed on hold and I can not guarantee meeting your due date. No REFUNDS on work that I have started for any reason, thank you for your understanding.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR CUSTOM CREATED ORDERS: Each item is personalized and made just for you and can not be sold elsewhere so, therefore, I can not issue any refunds no matter what the reasons or issues are. If you have to cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible and I will be glad to apply your payment amount to your future order or event.
If you want to make corrections or changes after receiving your items you will be charged for the corrections and shipping cost.

HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ART ITEMS
➤ Before ordering, please contact me first with your due date to see if my schedule is available to take your order.
➤ If I’m able to take your order I will ask you to send 1-2 photo(s) of the person(s) for my review to see if your photo(s) are clear and in focus.
The photo(s) should include their whole face and head with information about the eye and hair color if this will be a color caricature.
➤ Help me capture the person(s) likeness and personality by including information such as "Make his/her ears, smile or eyes big.” Some people are sensitive so include info on what I should not focus on. Remember this is a cartoon caricature and not a portrait painting. I'm no doctor but I can work plastic surgery on paper and glassware. 
➤ After receiving your payment and information for your order I will send you a proof for your review and approval. You are provided 1 revision for this listing; any other revisions will cost $10.00 each. I try to get the person’s cartoon caricature likeness the first time to avoid any extra charges to you before your item is painted.
➤ After your final approval, I will complete your hand-painted item and send you the photos of the finished product before shipping. Once it’s shipped you will be sent the tracking information for your records.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you're ordering digital artwork, my normal turnaround time is 8 - 10 business days after you approve the rough art. If you need the art or item(s) sooner please be sure to inform me before placing your order so that I can check my art schedule to see if I'm able to meet your due date. There will be a rush charge if you need it before 8 days.
If you're ordering a custom hand-painted item(s), my normal turnaround time is 2 - 3 months after you approve the rough art. If you need the item(s) sooner please be sure to inform me before placing your order so that I can check my art schedule to see if I'm able to meet your due date. There will be a rush charge if you need it sooner.
HOW DO I SEND YOU PHOTOS & WHAT DO YOU NEED?
If you will be ordering several items for different people send me clear photos of the person(s) and indicate who they are with their names, wedding date or any other information you would like painted or pressed on the mugs. Make sure it's a current photo and showing their facial features clearly. If this will be in color, please include eye and hair color information for the person(s). Each computer monitor is different so I may not be able to see the colors correctly.
RUSH ORDERS
➤ If you need a RUSH ORDER, please contact me to check my schedule and the cost. Your order will be scheduled and created based on your due date and delivered within 2-3 weeks before the due date. If you need a RUSH ORDER, please contact me to check my schedule and the cost.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Currently, I do not offer discounts on my hand-painted items but may in the future if I can hire someone to help me paint. On non-painted items, I will consider offering a discount for large orders, contact me to discuss your order.
ARE YOU THE ONLY ARTIST CREATING THE ARTWORK?
Currently, I'm the only artist hand-painting and doing all of the artwork created in my studio. Everything shipped from my studio and sent to you is 100% created by me for you! I will update this question in the future if I hire other artists to assist me with orders.
CAN I REQUEST OTHER SERVICES OR ITEMS NOT IN YOUR SHOP?
If I'm able to find the item(s) I will be more than happy to take your custom request and create the artwork on it.
