Welcome Message:

Welcome to David J Volkin Fine Arts & Photography.  Original artwork for sale.  We also sell limited edition fine art lithographs, seriagraphs, and giclees from other artists such as Edna Hibel, Pino, and Leider.  Please feel free to send a message inquiring about inventory and pricing.  Most are hand signed and authenticated. 

Payments:

All major credit cards.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Please allow for up to 7 days for processing.  Most will be processed in less than 3 days.

Refunds and Exchanges:

While all sales are final, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it during the first seven days after receiving the item for a full refund (minus shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee, and the refund will be processed upon Seller's receipt of the item).  Buyer is responsible for proper packing and any damage which occurs after receipt.  There is no returns for items damaged by the purchaser.  If the item was damaged in transit, Buyer must provide notification within 3 days of receipt and insurance must have been purchased, and photographs of the damage provided.  As they are one of a kind works, it cannot be replaced, but you may receive a credit of the full purchase price, minus shipping, and choose another item from the store if you prefer in lieu of a refund.
